The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Account Manager to join our team in Barnstaple. Building strong business relationships with new and existing customers, the successful candidate will be a strong communicator with the ability to proactively manage contacts and customer enquiries to ensure leads are responded to effectively and sales opportunities are maximised. With responsibility for increasing enquiries via the Company website, the role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels. 
The Person:
You’ll be an excellent communicator with a customer focused approach to your work. With the ability to plan and organise your workload effectively, you will have excellent administrative skills and the ability to multi-task. Commercially astute, you will not only be proficient in building strong business relationships with existing and potential customers but will also have the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure that deadlines are met and that an outstanding level of customer service is provided. Whilst experience within the packaging industry is desirable, strong IT skills (Outlook, Word and Excel) are a must.
