Bottle Packaging for Breweries - Concept to Solution Provided Free of Charge

Atlas have a selection of cost-effective standard structural packaging designs that are ‘ready to go’. These products can be produced quickly as we already have the capability to produce them in house.

We are also happy to provide bespoke solutions; our in-house structural design team will work with you to develop and visualise your ideas before creating a mock-up for you to trial. From concept to solution, you won’t be charged a penny.

Atlas strive to deliver a seamless service for every client, to get an idea of what you can expect when you start your project with us, please see below:

Step 1 (FREE!) – If choosing one of our standard designs, we’ll take bottle samples to check that they have a snug fit in the packaging.

If using our structural design team to develop a bespoke solution, we’ll create a mock-up and then take a bottle sample to ensure it fits correctly.

Step 2 (FREE!) – Based on the results of the bottle test in step one, we’ll tweak the design if necessary and offer a design solution sample for you to check and approve.

Step 3 - Once the structure has been approved, we’ll provide you with a quote – this will be an indication of cost per unit, excluding set up fees.

Step 4 - We’ll then take the approved structure and provide you with a print solution based on the brief. Atlas Packaging can provide a full print solution using our in-house team of graphic designers, or can offer a review process for your existing designs to ensure they meet our printing standards.

Step 5 - Once it has been approved, we will quote setup fees for your print design. This is a one off fee and will not be applicable to subsequent runs of the same design.

Step 6 - The final approval process – we will send ink swatches to for you to check and approve before signing off artwork and colours.

Step 7 - Production!
